Did a trial run/walk 5k at the gym last night
And I’m so sore this morning! I had to walk quite a bit on and off because my heart rate kept going too high.  I’m nervous now for the real thing on Sunday, but I guess the worst that can happen is I’m slow, so what.  I’ll finish it at least :)
